Associate, Business Leadership

We’re looking for an Associate, Business Leadership to join our growing and dynamic Business Leadership team. The Associate supports the Business Leadership team in directing and coordinating assigned projects, and is responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of all assigned work.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supports all aspects of the client program -- facilitates communications, opens projects, maintains project schedules, updates status reports, participates in status meetings and issues call reports, ensures internal deliverables are being met, reviews and provides input on materials before being sent to client to ensure client's marketing objectives are being met, accepts and distributes client changes to internal team.
  • Supports day-to-day budget management and reports
  • Gets under the skin of a client’s business and be a part of helping achieve their goals
  • Keeps in-depth insights of the clients business, specific product/service and competition top of mind and makes adjustments accordingly during campaigns
  • Understands all activity needs to drive a result
  • Collaborates with each department effectively toward a common goal of delivering ground-breaking, results-driven creative
  • Leverages industry insights to educate the greater team and to bring creative ideas and solutions to life
  • Accountable for quality control on all assignments
  • Self starter, very detailed oriented and has the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and quickly process information
  • Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience in account management/business leadership preferred
  • Experience managing a variety of integrated projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to communicate effectively under high-pressure situations
