If you’re an experienced agency account person who has managed New Business efforts before, we want to speak with you.
Our Business Development team is a dedicated group who works to guide and facilitate pitch teams to win presentations. We’re looking to add a key player to this team in Boston, to also work directly with the team in Philadelphia to further grow our department. And this key player could be you.
A highly-organized self-starter. Be a problem-solver, who can multi-task and take initiative without being given too much direction. Come up with ways to get things done, often on your own.
A storyteller. Assist in writing copy and developing content for RFPs, proposals and presentations, for both offices.
A manager. Shepherd through all pitches through our Boston office, coordinate team schedules, aggregate content and prep team for meetings.
A communicator. Ensure quality control, always. Clearly document conversations, recaps and meeting reports, so internal teams within our Boston and Philadelphia offices are always informed.
An ambassador of keynote. Be a keynote and powerpoint guru and understand these are our key tools for communicating our story in a visually dynamic way.
A prospector. Dive in when needed and ground team in research on brands and in depth immersion on leads.
An innovator. Show passion and curiosity about our industry, daily. Offer ideas that are unique, provocative and brave.
A Pro. 2+ years of agency experience, ideally in a business development role. Be prepared to show us an example of a past presentation. Or, do you have experience in grant proposal writing? We look forward to seeing how you think.
