  • Leads the Philadelphia brand strategy practice
  • Reporting to the EVP/Brand Strategy
  • Key member of the A&G new business team
  • Member of the Philadelphia leadership team
  • Play 3rd viola in agency orchestra (negotiable)


  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Ability and presence to earn the confidence and trust of C-Suite decision-makers
  • Track record of driving new business and current client growth
  • Experience developing of strategic planning practices and mentoring team members
  • Experience facilitating, inspiring and helping to sell bold brand ideas and novel approaches to connecting brands and people
  • Strategic and/or creative accolades – who has admired your work?
  • .301 batting average (thereabouts)
