The Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process throughout the agency. It’s all about making the right match for our team of collaborators, makers and innovators...and matchmaking is an art. You will develop recruiting plans, guide hiring managers on best practices in recruiting and interviewing, and find innovative solutions to enhance the talent experience. The person we’re looking for thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys the challenge of making the right match, serves as an advisor to internal teams and prospective candidates and is excited about supporting and developing existing talent. And we need you to be just as picky as we are about finding great talent to add to our ridiculous cast of characters.



  • Develop and execute recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions
  • Review applicants and conduct initial screening interviews
  • Work with hiring managers to efficiently fill open positions
  • Utilize networks and explore new sources to build a pool of qualified passive candidates in advance of needs, maintaining regular contact with prospective candidates
  • Manage onboarding process for new hires, including benefits enrollment
  • General HR responsibilities including: payroll updates, employee benefits changes/updates
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives and attend career fairs
  • Manage Intern hiring process and program
  • Create and post job descriptions; research new ways to promote open roles
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting process
  • Act as an ambassador for the agency, continuing to build on our reputation as as an employer of choice internally and externally
  • Build relationships within the agency to establish rapport, provide insight on best hiring practices and source new talent leads
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting firms
  • Manage applicant tracking system ensuring up to date and accurate candidate information and feedback
  • Ensure timely follow up process with all candidates
  • Extend offers, including drafting offer letters, managing compensation negotiation
  • Manage/Facilitate employee engagement programs
  • Perform other special projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2 years of HR/recruiting experience, ad agency recruiting experience preferred
  • PHR or AIRS certification preferred
  • Excellent overall communication, computer skills and organizational skills
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Must be able to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to travel occasionally for college visits, and career fairs
  • Must be a problem solver
  • Negotiation skills
  • Don’t take yourself too seriously
  • Must be a nice person
